The Ministry of Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister

Extraordinary Eucharistic Ministers are integral to the Liturgy. This Ministry puts the Church’s life up close and center. The entire Mass leads up to the unparallel experience to receive the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. It is at this moment of divine distribution of the Holy Communion that each of us is brought into a deeper relationship with our Lord. At Communion, we become one with Christ and with one another as a parish community. We eat His body and drink His blood which was given for the life of the world!
