Offertory Commitment

Through your generous contributions of time, talent and treasure, St. Francis of Assisi is a vibrant, active community. Your financial support helps sustain our worship, educational and social programs.

Each year, the Annual Commitment Pledge allows you to plan what you expect to contribute to the parish for its activities. This gives the Financial Advisory Board an idea of the income for the coming year. This amount can be made weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. There are several optons for making your financial contribution:

1. Weekly envelopes can be mailed to you; please contact the parish office at 227-1341 to request these envelopes
2. Personal check with your name and address on the check
3. Automatic donation by credit card; please print, complete and sign the form below and place in the collection basket or mail to: St. Francis of Assisi, 35 Norfield Rd, Weston CT 06883

At the end of the calendar year a financial statemnt of your contributions will be mailed to you upon your request.
