Welcome to St. Francis of Assisi Religious Education...

     2009-2010

On behalf of the catechists and myself, we are excited starting another year at St. Francis. In collaboration with the Liturgy and the Music Ministry, we have planned an exciting year for the children and parents of St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Kindergarten to 6th grade.

One of the important features of our program this year is a "Special Family Mass" once a month usually the first Sunday of the month starting in November to May. In 2010 Easter is April  4th, therefore the "Special Family Mass" will be April 11th. Families of each grade will be Greeters, Ushers, Lector, Offertory Bearers and Host the Coffee Time.

Thank you Third grade families. It was a beautiful celebration of the Mass and a tribute to the Saints. Good job children.

Our next "Family Mass" is on Sunday, December 6, 2009. The Fourth grade families are leading in the celebration of the Mass. The theme this month is Advent. Many parents are needed to help, please contact me at 266-9474.

Starting from November 16th thru the 26th of November, there will be NO CCD classes. We will resume on Monday, the week of November 30th.
